My first experience as a marketing professional began as a marketing coordinator for a beauty salon.

I worked at Bucle Salon & Spa in Peru for more than 2 years as a marketing coordinator, overseeing the salon’s social media presence and supporting brand growth through content and promotion.

First Paid Media Experience

My transition into the advertising industry began with paid social media trafficking for two fully remote US-based start-ups.

Virtual Assistants (VA)

The first startup I worked for was ProtopVA, a virtual assistant agency. My role involved running lead generation campaigns on Meta and LinkedIn to attract B2B prospects in need of a VA. I strengthened my creative skills by writing briefs and collaborating with the creative team.

At Action Advertising Agency (A3), I managed healthcare and automotive accounts with monthly ad spends ranging from $180K to $200K. This role strengthened my campaign optimization skills, KPI-based decision-making, and budget management.

Meta Ads Expertise & Beyond

I grew to become a fully-fledged paid media specialist during my two and a half years at A3. Today, having almost completed a postgraduate diploma in digital marketing, I am expanding into broader areas of digital advertising.

Conversion Tracking

At A3, I significantly expanded my paid media skill set by testing lead generation features and leading my largest independent project in conversion tracking and data integration. I was also exposed to Google Ads and Google Local Services Ads.

I’m currently completing an internship at Mediology, one of the largest independent media agencies on the West Coast of Canada. My role is to set up and oversee awareness campaigns across programmatic and social platforms.
